I am passionate about all individuals having equal access to opportunities in our community that allow them to thrive. Being involved in the Women’s Fund allows me to put that passion into action.
The Women’s Fund Luncheon is an inspiring event which supports our mission to invest in women and girls through grants, advocacy and education. As the premier women’s event in the Fox Valley, the Luncheon attracts corporate executives, business women, community leaders and philanthropists who care about improving the lives of women and girls in our community.
We would like to thank everyone who attended the Women’s Fund Luncheon September 6. Major General Marcia Anderson (U.S. Army Retired) inspired our guests with her personal story and shared her “playbook for success” to a crowd of 1,030 people.
If you weren’t able to join us at the event, take a look at the video to learn about the Young Women’s Initiative and Starting Point 2.0. Thank you Image Studios!
Starting Point 2.0 graduate, Alex Mischler, addresses the audience at the Women’s Fund Luncheon and shares the impact the Starting Point 2.0 program made in her life.
