I always appreciate the opportunity to connect with other women in our community committed to philanthropy and social change.
This forum topic is so beneficial to women of all ages. I hope we can continue to educate our community on this topic.
The Philanthropy Matters workshop held on March 7, 2019 at Butte des Morts Country Club provided timely information about why philanthropy is important and how you can play a part in improving your community.
The 2019 event featured a panel discussion with four local women who give their time, talent or treasure to better our communities. The audience learned about current needs within northeast Wisconsin and was inspired with ways that they could make a difference. Panelists shared their experiences, personal feelings about philanthropy and what motivates them to give, or get involved.
